Signing of a sales agreement and delivery of the products
When you make an order on www.guidingcairns.com you make a sales agreement with Royal Trading Designs ApS – Axeltorv 12A, 1.th., 4700 Naestved, Denmark.
When you click on ‘place order’ you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, as soon as you place your order. The sales agreement is binding when you receive the order confirmation from us. The order confirmation is considered delivered as soon as we have sent it to your registered e-mail.
Guiding Cairns reminds you that we are not obliged to deliver your order in the event of our suppliers does not deliver to our warehouse. In order for this exception to apply, we must not be legally responsible for the inability to deliver the items in question. Furthermore, we must also have informed you of the situation and delay. If we cannot get your order home, we will of course reimburse any payment in relation to the order.
Furthermore, we can not be held responsible for force majeure circumstances such as; war, strike, natural disasters, weather conditions, inflation or other situations we have no control over.
- Delivery days/working days/weekdays:
In cases where time periods are stated it must be understood as all days between Monday and Friday (both days included), except for public holidays in Denmark.
Prices and delivery costs
The prices shown on our website at the time of the purchase are valid. The prices that are stated are final prices (total) and includes VAT in accordance with the applicable rate. The products are property of Guiding Cairns until the full amount is paid.
We incur all costs associated with delivery. Your products will be delivered within 2-5 weekdays.
Guiding Cairns offers the following payment methods: Credit card.
We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods. You must cover any costs incurred in connection with money transactions. If you pay with a credit card the amount will be deducted from your card when we ship your order.
You agree to receive invoices and credit notes only in electronic form.
Discount codes and use of discount codes.
Discount codes are discounts that are awarded in connection with advertising campaigns and are valid within a limited time period. Codes cannot be purchased.
Discounts can only be used in connection with a purchase and only within the specified time period. Please note that a minimum amount may be required to use a discount code. The value of the order must exceed the value of the minimum amount stated on the discount code.
The value of the discount code cannot be paid in cash. Furthermore, discount codes cannot be refunded if some or all the items in the order are returned. If you have used a discount code on 20% on an amount of 1000 DKK and you want to return the product and get your money back, you will not receive the 1000 DKK but of course the amount you actually paid, which in this example is 800 DKK.
Discount codes must be used before the ordering process is completed. Furthermore, it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes.
Right of cancellation in connection with buying Guiding Cairns products.
When you are buying products on our web shop you always have the right of cancellation.
You always have the right to cancel the sales agreement within 14 days. The 14 days includes 14 full days and starts the day you receive your order.
If you want to make use of your right of cancellation, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your decision to terminate the sales agreement. If you submit your cancellation to us on e-mail, we will send you a confirmation when we have received it.
You are considered to have complied with the rules of cancellation if you submit your cancellation statement and return your order before the period of 14 days expires.
- The effects of the right of cancellation:
If you cancel your purchase agreement by making use of your right to cancellation, we are obliged to refund any payments we received from you.
Refunds will be returned to you via the same payment method that you used for the original purchase. We do not charge any fees for the refund. We withhold your refund until we receive the refunded items. You are obliged to return all the goods in question to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have received your order. The conditions are considered met if you return the items in question within the 14-day deadline.
If you should exceed the 14-day limit and still send us your items, we will return these items to you again. The conditions for the right of cancelation has not been met, and we have the right to dismiss your return package. You will cover the costs of returning the package to you again. So be sure to meet the 14-day deadline.
If you have paid by credit card the refund will be returned to your credit card. It will take 5-10 weekdays from when we receive the return package from you until you get your money back. We must process the return in our system first and then transfer the money to you.

Legal responsibility for defect and flaws
- Our responsibility for defects is regulated by the relevant legislations in this area.
- You have 24 months to notify us of any defects in your products.
- It is possible for people over 18 to make use of the services on the website guidingcairns.com
- Each customer is entitled to create 1 customer account at Guiding Cairns. We reserve the right to delete 2 or more existing accounts of the same customer.
- A statement of deficiencies must be justified, and the defect must not be the result of your incorrect treatment of the products.
